Wiping your BlackBerry
Follow this procedure to wipe your BlackBerry. In the event you can not get your Blackberry to login to BES you will need to do a full wipe on the unit.
Before you begin:
All settings will be lost.
Procedure:
Go to Options.
Select Security Options.
Select General Settings.
Click the Menu key.
Select Wipe Handheld.
Click Continue.
Type in the word blackberry.
