Problem with outlook folders updating

Problem with outlook folders updating

When a new profile has been created you might find that folders are not updating and you see the message 'This folder has not yet been updated' in the bottom right hand corner of outlook.

Procedure:

Close Outlook

In Windows click on Start then click on Run

Type in the run box outlook /resetfolders 

This will start-up outlook and will resolve the issue.
